Are you looking for casual promotional work? We are looking for confident and experienced Promotional Staff to join our teams located in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Perth.

 

Required experience and attributes:

  • Experience in sales and customer service in face to face sales capacity. Alternatively, any brand promotional work experience would also be advantageous
  • Be passionate, reliable, enthusiastic and have a positive can-do attitude
  • Exceptional grooming standards
  • Outgoing and engaging personality with the ability to share the stories of your product range with customers
  • Ability to use initiative whilst able to work autonomously and as part of a greater team

 

Your responsibilities as a Brand Ambassador include:

  • Representing luxurious and prominent brands located at various locations
  • Effectively create brand awareness to market and promote the products to customers
  • Engage our customers with excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Hold a valid RSA

  • A current RSA certificate
  • Exceptional grooming, and customer service skills
  • Experience in cocktail making and the ability to mix all drinks based on the signature serves our clients require
  • Strong beverage and cocktail knowledge
  • A strong work ethic, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
  • Available for shifts across AM/PM time-frames and public holidays

COSMETICS BEAUTY AMBASSADORS (EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST)

 

We are currently seeking casual Cosmetics/Fragrance Beauty/Make-up Artists who are hardworking, dedicated to retail and possess skills in make-up, skincare and fragrance. This role will be based within leading department stores located in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Perth.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Sell across the three categories of Fragrance, Make-up and Skincare
  • Conduct makeovers and skincare consultations
  • Recruit new customers to the brand
  • Be aware of out of stocks and slow-moving product and action as appropriate

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail fragrance and cosmetics sales
  • Excellent make-up skills
  • Ability to analyse customer purchasing trends and category trends within your store
  • Ability to work autonomously, reliable, punctual, highly motivated and exceptional grooming.
  • Strong skills in engaging customers and creating customer excitement through your enthusiasm and exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in Mandarin, and or Cantonese would be advantageous
  • Willingness and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
